Description

NEW! BrightStars’ ECERS-R Modules move beyond the theoretical to the practical to bring the pages of the Environment Rating Scales to life with interactive experiences. Participants will have hands-on opportunities to understand critical ERS terms like “Access” and “Much of the Day” by arranging and scoring real classroom materials.

Programs will also participate in peer discussions around shared values, practice quality interactions, dive deeper in to facilities issues and troubleshoot common environmental challenges with author-reliable assessors. Following completion of both experience-based modules, teachers and teacher assistants will have new, practical guidance for creating intentional physical and emotional environments as seen through the ECERS-R and ITERS-R.
